Ariana's Corner

Well we don't know the gender of the baby still. We had an ultrasound on September 17, but the baby decided to not co-operate and kept it's legs crossed or it was bum up. In any event the technician could not tell what the baby was or even guess for that matter. It's a little disappointing I suppose, but as a close friend pointed out if God wanted us to know he would have told us. So I guess we just have accept that this is God's will for us not to know ahead of time and that we will get a surprise at the end. I guess I can reveal the names though anyway as we are set in stone as to what the names are. If it is a girl her name will be Ariana Jewel Lynne and if it's a boy his name will be Matthias Christopher Daniel. Yes, they both have two middle names. Tara and I couldn't agree on just one middle name so we had two for each of them.

Well, all the final test results are back, and they are NORMAL! We are both very relieved to hear that all seems to be well so far! We have our 20 week ultrasound coming up in just a couple of weeks and we are both very excited to see if we can find out exactly "who" is in the womb! We have the names picked out already, and it will be nice to finally start refering to our baby as (insert name here) rather than as "the baby" or "it" or even "he or she!" We will have an update for you, and maybe even hopefully a video, in a few weeks. Until then!
